By accessing or using Entourage ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
Description of Service
Entourage is an AI-powered task extraction platform that helps users automatically extract actionable items from meetings, chats, emails, and documents. The Service allows users to review and approve extracted tasks before syncing to their preferred task management tools.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:

Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTOURAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entourage and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot reach a resolution within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights to rely on such mandatory provisions. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
